Amelia 83 MPH in 60 Dismissed

High Speed Amelia 83 MPH in 60 COMPLETELY DISMISSED

Leavitt & Martin specialize in Virginia reckless driving, DUI, speeding tickets and traffic law. Amelia is not an easy location to get a ticket. Reckless driving is a more serious charge, and 23 mph over the speed limit is definitely not a lower speed.

We talked to our client, and we crafted a plan that would position the case in the best way possible for court. At the court hearing, my client did not have to show up and the case was completely dismissed.

There will be no misdemeanor, no license suspension, no fine, and nothing will appear on the driving record for a conviction.
